ServiceCore Lab is an learning company that provides professional service and customer care training courses. ServiceCore Lab courses are designed to provide people with the knowledge and skills needed to deal with customers, service situations and customer interactions.
We believe in structured, practical training rather than a theory based approach to service. Each lesson is clear, straightforward, and easily translated to practical application. No one is required to memorize scripts. Learners are instead taught to understand how service works, learn to respond appropriately to individual customers and develop the confidence to deal with the most difficult of interactions.
